Can you bundle custom pieces into a themed gift set?
Yes, and there's no minimum order. If your set needs a specific material we don't already have on hand, there may be a small sourcing fee — but otherwise, mix and match freely. Mixing custom pieces with non-custom items (items like stickers are great for this) is also a good way to round out a set without driving up cost.
What does something like this cost?
Coasters and keychains start at just a few dollars each, depending on material, quantity, and production time. Bigger items — hoodies, baseball caps, signs, metal engravings — start around $15 and go up from there. If you already own something you love (a favorite beanie, a water bottle), we can often personalize that directly instead of selling you something new — a leather patch, an engraving, a custom design. How far ahead should we order?
A month or two out is a comfortable lead time — the more specific your vision, the easier it is for us to scope and price accurately. We're still building out a full online shop, but in the meantime we're happy to take custom requests directly and work with your budget and timeline to figure out what's possible.
Can we order ahead and just pick everything up when we arrive?
Yes — we call it Kitty's Corner: free local pickup across three downtown neighborhoods — Marina, Gaslamp, and Little Italy. Order ahead, and it's ready waiting for you at a spot in whichever of the three you're closest to. No pickup fee, no scheduling headache. This works well beyond bachelorette weekends too — events, conferences, cruise-ship day-trippers, and locals alike all use it the same way.
Outside those three neighborhoods, delivery is still available, with a fee agreed upon and set in your order contract.
For some events, depending on scale, we may be able to go a step further — local sourcing for things beyond what we make ourselves. If you order a custom engraved charcuterie board, why not have a tasty spread waiting for your group? We can look into having the ingredients ready via local grocery pickup, so it's there when you walk in, not a separate errand on your first day of vacation.
What else do you offer for bachelorette parties specifically?
We're actively developing more options here — matchbooks are on our radar, along with greeting cards for the person in the group who always forgets to grab one before the trip (there's always one). Do you have a favorite party takeaway or custom decor that you have kept over time or one you wished you had known about before your last party?
What if you're already booked for our date?
We take orders first-come, first-committed, and queue as we go. If we're at capacity for your dates, we'll be upfront about it and can point you toward other local vendors who may be able to help with something slightly different, but still fun and uniquely yours. We'd rather your weekend goes well than rush your project or force it into our schedule if it doesn't fit.
